Terms of Service

By using services operated by Creator Canvas (Commendly™), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Service description
We provide tools for local businesses to request customer feedback and Google reviews via WhatsApp links, private feedback collection, and optional AI-assisted reply drafts. The business owner sends messages from their own WhatsApp account; we do not send messages on their behalf in the MVP.
2. Business owner responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and a valid Google review URL.
- Only contact customers who have a reasonable expectation of communication.
- Comply with Google review policies — do not offer incentives for positive reviews or suppress legitimate public review options.
- Maintain confidentiality of account credentials.
3. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Razorpay (India) or Dodo Payments (international). Subscription fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST). Taxes are calculated and collected at checkout on the net plan amount (after any one-time referral discount on the first paid invoice).
Plans and locations:Starter (₹1,999/mo) and Pro (₹2,999/mo) cover one business location. Pro Multi 3 (₹3,999/mo) covers up to three (3) locations and Pro Multi 5 (₹4,999/mo) covers up to five (5) locations under one account, each location with its own review link and feedback inbox. Yearly billing is available for all plans at a discounted annual price shown at checkout. If your number of active locations exceeds your plan's limit (for example after a downgrade), a short grace period applies, after which locations beyond the limit are restricted until you upgrade or remove them. All amounts are exclusive of GST.
Founding member pricing: The founding member program is closed and is no longer offered to new subscribers. All subscribers pay the public rates shown at checkout.
Free trial: New subscribers receive a free trial before first payment: up to fifteen (15) days for the first 1,000 users to sign up, and seven (7) days thereafter. We may adjust trial length at our discretion. No credit card is required for the trial.
AI reply drafts: Trial includes fifteen (15) drafts total. Starter includes fifty (50) per calendar month on Starter. Pro includes one hundred (100) per calendar month. Each draft is created only when you paste review text and click Generate — you choose which reviews deserve a reply.
Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email (support@commendly.in). We do not offer SLA or priority support tiers at this time.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees, plan features, or billing terms at any time without prior notice. Where practicable, we will endeavour to inform you before a change affects your next renewal, but you are responsible for reviewing current pricing before each billing cycle. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.
Refund policy: No refund is provided for any fully completed billing month where services were available and used. For partially elapsed periods, refunds are considered only as a last resort for a genuine and material service lapse that we cannot resolve within a reasonable remediation window of at least seven (7) days after written notice. If approved, any refund is limited to a pro-rata amount for the unutilized paid period, after adjustments for value already consumed and non-recoverable third-party charges where applicable.
4. Acceptable use
The service is intended for genuine local business purposes only. You may not use it for spam, harassment, fraud, scams, threats, abuse, or unlawful activity. Misuse of WhatsApp, customer data, or review flows is the sole responsibility of the business owner; Creator Canvas is not responsible for owner-sent messages or unlawful use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Rhythm Referral program
Referrers share their unique code; the new subscriber must enter that code on the Billing tab before their first paid subscription. Without a valid code recorded on the account before checkout, no discount or referrer commission applies. New subscribers with a valid code receive a one-time discount of 10% off the plan feeon their first paid month (monthly plans; exclusive of GST; tax is calculated on the discounted amount at checkout). On yearly plans, the referral benefit is a reduced annual price (approximately two months free versus twelve times the monthly rate), applied at checkout instead of the 10% discount. Referrers earn ₹100 for each paid month during the first twelve (12) calendar months after the referred subscriber's first paid subscription begins (trial excluded). Commissions do not accrue after that 12-month window, including if they cancel and resubscribe later. Each account may use only one referral code, ever; self-referral is prohibited. Payouts require valid bank/UPI details and PAN where required by law (including TDS). We may modify or end the program at any time. Commissions are not owed for fraudulent, refunded, or chargeback payments. Where a commission was already paid and the underlying customer month is later refunded, the paid amount is treated as a clawback adjustment and is automatically netted against upcoming referral payouts.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific review counts, search rankings, or revenue outcomes. AI-generated reply drafts and WhatsApp message templates must be reviewed and approved by the business owner before use.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator Canvas is not liable for reviews, rankings, owner communications, customer disputes, or outcomes from your use of the service. Any direct liability for our own platform failure is limited to fees you paid to us in the thirty (30) days before the claim.
8. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi only. You agree not to bring or participate in any action in any other court or forum.
